Can I get a certificate of attendance?
Yes, you will automatically receive a certificate of attendance by filling out the Post Conference Evaluation. If you did not receive one, please contact us and we’ll hopefully sort it out.

I registered for the conference but did not receive a confirmation email – am I registered or should I do it again?
If you got as far as to the confirmation page when registering, the most likely scenario is that the confirmation email got caught on the way in one of the many hurdles along the way from our server to your inbox. Please start by checking your spambox or trashbin for any lost email from us. If it is not there, please contact us and we’ll hopefully sort it out.

Did my payment go through?
Unless you hear from us, your payment has most likely gone through – and if not and we don’t let you know, that’s on us and you are welcome to participate anyway!

Can I pay with Credit Card?
Yes, just choose that option when registering.

Can I change my accommodation booking?
Please contact the hotel directly in order to manage your booking.

I want to change/add/remove participants on my registration, is that possible?
Yes, just log in with the email and password you used when registering, in order to check and edit your registration details. If you have forgotten your password, click here. If all of this fails, please contact us and we’ll hopefully sort it out

Do you have any grants for foreign students with submitted abstracts?
No, unfortunately no more than the free participation.
