Frequently asked questions
I registered for the conference but did not receive a confirmation email – did the registration go through or should I do it again?
If you got as far as to the confirmation page when registering, the most likely scenario is that the confirmation email got caught on the way in one of the many hurdles along the way from our server to your inbox. Please start by checking your spam box or trash bin for any lost email from us. If it is not there, please contact us and we’ll hopefully sort it out.
Can I join the conference online?
Since the main mission for our conference is to increase collaboration and information sharing between IBD-interested HCPs within the Nordic countries, we highly value the physical meeting and the possibility to meet and network with colleagues. We are therefore currently planning to host a pure on-site meeting in Malmö. Should the circumstances change or not allow for a physical meeting, we will inform all of you of this as soon as possible.
Did my payment go through?
Unless you hear from us, your payment has most likely gone through – and if not and we don’t let you know, that’s on us and you are welcome to participate anyway!
Can I pay with Credit Card?
Yes, just choose that option when registering
Can I change my accommodation booking?
Please contact the hotel directly in order to manage your booking.
I want to change/add/remove participants on my registration, is that possible?

Do you have any grants for foreign students with submitted abstracts?
No, unfortunately no more than the free participation.
